5. Booking, Cancellations, and Modifications

Cancellations: Users may cancel bookings within 24 hours of booking. A fee may apply.
Modifications: Users may modify their shipment details before the scheduled pickup. Modification fees may apply, depending on the extent of the changes.

7. Service Limitations and Liabilities

While Global Cargo Solutions strives for timely delivery, certain factors may impact delivery schedules. We are not liable for delays or damages caused by:

Improper packaging by the user.
